Payment

 

You can pay with the most common credit cards through PayPal. When paying with a debit or credit card, simply enter your card number, expiration date, and security code when ordering the item. It is free to use credit card payments, as we cover all fees. The amount for your order will not be deducted from your account until the item is dispatched from our warehouse. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted. When you pay with a credit card, you are always protected against misuse.

We offer free delivery within Denmark.

 

Delivery Times

 

All items in stock are shipped with PostDanmark and typically arrive within one business day after shipment within Denmark. For orders placed before 16:00, we strive to ship the same day, but please note that our jewelry production may occasionally involve long processes that require our full attention for extended periods. 

 

On such days, shipments may be delayed. If you do not receive the item as expected the day after ordering, please allow an additional day or two before contacting us.

 

Order Confirmation

 

Immediately after making an online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It includes an order number, name and address of the payer, payment method, shipping address (if different), and a list of the items ordered. It is not possible to access the contract afterward via our website. If you wish to receive a new copy of the contract via email, please send an email to kontakt@jaegercph.dk.

 

Receipt

 

The receipt is the final step in the purchasing process, and we recommend printing it immediately after purchase. The receipt should be presented in case of exchange, cancellation, or complaint.

 

Exchange Policy

 

You have a 14-day exchange policy for all items purchased online, starting from the date of receipt. Exchange is contingent on the product being returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. A receipt should always accompany your return. If you wish to file a complaint about a product, please send an email to kontakt@jaegercph.dk with details regarding the complaint, contact information, and your order number.

 

Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

 

When you return the item and exercise your right of withdrawal, you can only do so if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You are welcome to unpack and try the item, as long as you can return it in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal is forfeited if you use the item.
